Returns & Exchanges

At Soocas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your Soocas account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and protective bags are included to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
